1. Where is your shop located?
To maintain a low running cost and to offer our customer with the best competitive prices, we do not have a shop but a private studio at Ryde. The studio is for beautiful arrangement creation and is not for public visit.
2. If I want to talk to a florist face to face, how do I do that?
As we have no restriction from running a flower shop at business hour, our florist will come to see you. We will be happy to meet at a place and time that is suitable for our customers.
3. How do I place my order?
We are happy to receive your call, fax or email for your order.
4. When’s the latest I can place an order?
We offer next day delivery. Please place your order before 4pm and we will deliver your order the next day upon receipt of your payment.
5. How do I pay for my order?
For next day delivery, we are happy to receive your direct debit payment. Otherwise, a cheque in the post about 2-3 days ahead would be appreciated.
